When I first tried these I’ve seen some noticeable changes in my body. The bodybuilding exercises are hard work but if you watch the video below they are all simple and easy to execute. You should be able to replicate these exercises in the majority of gyms out there.
The exercises demonstrated here are:
- Bent Over Rows (works out your core, glutes, hamstrings, back)
- Deadlifts (works out your glutes, hamstrings, quads, shoulders, back, arms, traps)
- Clean & Press
- Bench Press
- Pull Ups
- Dips (Pecs, shoulders, triceps)
You might have noticed that they are all compound exercises. Compound exercises work because they let you get the most out of your workout – the best bang out of your buck!
